Our founder, Burak initiated this business idea mostly on the encouragement of his colleagues after they tried the desserts he baked.
He decided to go on the pistachio business because his hometown Gaziantep is famous with its unique pistachios and baklava. He wanted people in Poland should have those golden green nuts and desserts made by.
Onlines Sales - Home Baking
After the first trials with friends, Burak posted on social media for expats living in Krakow and people reacted way better than his expectations. They even ordered for their loved ones.
The appreciation and the demand enlightened Burak about the business model; "Tasty Gift Boxes".
Cafe
Thanks to incredible support from the clients, Pistachio Box has grown significantly in a kind of short time and has become a brand already. With such high demand, Burak resigned from his corpo job and decided to move to a stationary store/production place.
In March 2022, Mohammed POOVACHINTE AKAM joined with his investment as a bussiness partner.
Re-branding
We made a general renovation after two years operations at Lobzowska.
With a refreshed cafe, we initiated a new branding.
