The only baklava in Poland made with ghee (clarified butter) according to original recipe.
Ingredients:
- Filo pastry
- Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- Pistachio
- Sugar Syrup (made with sugar, water and a fresh lemon juice)
Enjoy with strong black tea or cold milk. Our recommendation for consumption is warming up in oven at 120 degrees for 5 minutes before eating . In case you lack an oven, you can warm up on a pan at very low heat.

One of my favourite type of baklava. Outstanding quality at Kraków cafe shop. Sweet but just in right point to preserve a taste of Gaziantep pistachios. I recommend it to everyone, You won't be disappointed.
