How many people does a tray serve?

Traditional walnut baklava: small 10–15 people, big 15–20. Premium pistachio baklava: small 10–15, big 15–20. Midye baklava: small 10–14, big 12–18. Pistachio Sarma: small 12–16, big 16–24.

How long does the baklava stay fresh?

It's best within 14 days of dispatch. Keep it at room temperature, away from heat and sunlight.

How do I give you a delivery date?

In the cart, in the "When do you need your order?" field. We'll ship it so it arrives before that date.

Do you issue a VAT invoice?

Yes, a VAT invoice to your company. You can add your NIP in the cart, in the "Need a company invoice?" section, and your company name in the "Company" field at checkout.

Allergens?

Our baklava contains no eggs. Our products contain nuts (pistachios; walnuts in the walnut baklava), wheat (gluten) and milk (butter and milk in the pastry); the Dubai chocolate also contains soy. Full ingredient lists are on each product page.
